Booking terms
These practical terms apply to direct reservations made through this website.
Price and payment
The total shown before checkout includes the nightly rates for the selected dates and a 140 RON cleaning fee per stay. RON is the default currency. EUR and USD amounts are converted using the displayed reference rate. Stripe processes the payment securely.
When a booking is confirmed
Selecting dates or opening Stripe Checkout does not hold any nights. A reservation is confirmed only after Stripe reports successful payment and the dates pass the final availability check. If a simultaneous payment loses that final check, it is refunded.
Arrival and guest registration
Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout is by 11:00. The primary guest must complete the legally required accommodation registration before private access and parking instructions are provided.
House rules
No smoking, parties, events, or pets are allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests are responsible for the apartment during their stay.
Invoices, changes, and cancellations
Invoices are available on request. For a change or cancellation, use the private contact details supplied with your confirmed reservation. Refunds are available only when the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
