This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was exceptionally clean, had everything I needed, featured a beautiful interior design, and was located in new building. The location was also excellent, you can easily walk everywhere. Highly recommended!

The place Is perfect for family. The apartment is new, perfectly clean, cosy, and on a perfect location, within a ten minutes walk to the center, and shopping mall as well. The host is very kind and helpul, if necessary. We are looking forwatd to get back.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center and a shopping mall, and right next to the Botanical Park. There is also a reserved outdoor parking spot, which is very convenient. The building is brand new, and the apartment has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was very well equipped with enough dishes and utensils. We would definitely come back again.

Everything was as advertised. There were no false expectations. Also the host is very friendly. The property is new, clean and well stocked. We were not missing anything. We had complimentary coffee and tea, which is a nice touch. Collection of the property keys was easy. There is a lock box at the front door of the building. I received the code for it after checking in on the day prior to our arrival.

The apartment is brand new, spotless, and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of attention has been paid to every detail, from the quality of the furnishings to the overall cleanliness and organization of the space. The location is another big advantage. It’s only a 10-minute walk to Iulius Mall Timisoara, which you can even see from the apartment window. At the same time, the Old Town is also within easy walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the city without needing a car. Zoltan, the owner, was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable and high-quality as possible. Communication was smooth and fast, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our visit. We 100% recommend this place and will definitely return at the first opportunity!

Zoltan has made an effort to create coziness, a homely atmosphere, and practicality that exceeds expectations many times over, judging by the photos in the review. A very nice, well-maintained and new apartment. Great location - within a few or a dozen minutes' walk are the main squares of Timisoara, shops and restaurants. Checking in and parking the car were completely hassle-free. I recommend it!

We had a great time in Zoltán's apartment. Quality furniture, beautiful views, quiet surroundings and a very close downtown experience. Zoltán's place is beautiful, with everything fine-tuned down to the last detail. The apartment was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. An apartment in a quiet neighborhood, really close to the city center. Just a few minutes' walk and you can admire the sights of Temesvár or enjoy a delicious meal in one of the local restaurants. A reserved parking space is also a big plus. For me, this apartment gets a full star rating. There's really nothing I'd say. On the contrary, I can only praise it👍🙂
We were very satisfied with our stay in this apartment. A very good location — the apartment is close to the center, which makes it easy to get to the main attractions of the city. The apartment has modern, high-quality renovations and is very clean and cozy. The furniture is comfortable and made of good materials; everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. It's especially nice that the apartment has a coffee machine — it's a great extra bonus for guests. I would like to separately mention the owner of the apartment. A very friendly, attentive, and decent person. After our departure, he even helped us and sent us a forgotten item, for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend this apartment! Stay in a bright, orange-accented one-bedroom apartment in central Timișoara, offering great city views and a private parking space. You’ll be steps from the Botanical Garden, a 5-minute walk from Iulius Town, and around 10 minutes from the historic centre.
The space
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, including a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a private balcony with city views, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 4K HDTV with Smart TV features.
Please note that the Smart TV does not include TV channels or preconfigured streaming accounts such as Netflix or HBO Max. You’re welcome to sign in to your own streaming accounts during your stay; please remember to sign out before departure.
Guest access
You’ll have private access to the entire apartment, as well as a designated parking space in the building’s secure and monitored parking area.
Check-in is self-service. If you arrive by car, you can briefly stop near the building to collect the keys and parking remote, then enter the private parking area and use your reserved space. You’ll access the building with a secure key tag, and an elevator will take you to the apartment floor.
For security reasons, the exact lockbox location, access code, parking-space number, floor, and apartment number will be shared with you privately after your reservation is confirmed and the check-in form is completed.

Before booking, please be aware that, in accordance with Romanian Government Decision no. 237/2001, all guests are required to complete an Arrival and Departure Registration Form.
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a secure private link where you can complete the form before check-in.

Can I get an invoice?
Yes. We can issue an invoice for your stay. Add the billing details when we contact you after booking, and tell us if the invoice is for a company.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed as soon as payment is completed. Until then, the dates remain available to other guests.
How current is the availability calendar?
The calendar shows current availability, and your selected dates are checked once more before payment.

Yes. Each apartment includes one reserved parking space in the secure, monitored building car park at no extra cost.
How do check-in and checkout work?
Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout is by 11:00. Self check-in is available through a lockbox. We share the exact apartment, parking space, and access instructions after your reservation is confirmed and guest registration is complete.
Why do I need to complete guest registration?
Romanian accommodation rules require a guest registration form. After payment, we will ask for the legally required details before sending private access instructions.
