Very good stay. The apartment is in the city center, close to everything and easily reachable by foot. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Zoltán’s apartment. The place looks exactly like in the photos, it is very clean and well maintained. Communication with Zoltan was spotless throughout - quick, clear and very helpful. The location is also great, just a 10–15 minute walk from Piața Unirii, which made getting around really easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Neverovatno dobar apartman! Lokacija odlična, do svih znamenitosti se stiže laganom šetnjom. Parking je obezbeđen što je velika prednost u odnosu na ostale. Potpuno opremljen, bukvalno na svaku sitnicu su mislili. Čistoća je na zaista zavidnom nivou. Dogovor sa vlasnikom Zoltanom brz i lak. Apartman zaista za svaku preporuku! Dali bi i veću ocenu od 10 da postoji opcija :)

The apartment is very cozy and well-equipped, with everything a family might need, and it is located in a peaceful area even though the mall and the city center are just a 5-minute walk away. We also appreciated the parking spot, which meant we didn’t have to worry about leaving the car outside. The host was very open, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed everything and would definitely choose the same apartment again if we come back. So five ⭐️ .

Lokacija je odlična a ne brinete o parkingu. Veoma blizu je i centar grada i tržni centar, sve smo obilazili peške. Izuzetno cist i prijatan apartman, nikada nisam boravila u bolje opremljenom apartmanu. Zoltan je izuzetno ljubazan i prijatan. Ključevi za chack in se nalaze u lock box tako da nije bilo stresa da li ćemo doputovati u dogovoreno vreme, što izuzetno cenim. Zaista sve preporuke!

Zoltán's apartment is in a beautiful new residential complex very close to Timișoara's old center, the Botanical Park and Iulius mall. The parking space is great since parking spaces on the street in that area are very few. The apartment is very well furnished with a modern design, and well equipped. Zoltán is very friendly and helpful and answered my questions very fast. The view from the apartment is not so great yet, but we knew exactly where we were going, and it wasn't a draw back for us... I'd certainly choose it again for the good location, the parking space and the beautiful building it's situated in.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the apartment was spotless, the smell of the sheets and towels is incredible!! I highly recommend it, for sure we will come back!

Beautiful, modern, and minimalist apartment with lovely details. The place was super clean and very spacious, even though there were four of us staying for two nights. The location is very convenient — we were able to visit all the main city attractions on foot. There is also free gated parking right in front of the building, which was very helpful (we didn’t even need to use the car during our stay). Zoltan was a great host — very kind, responsive, and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We would definitely recommend it and would happily come back again. Thank you for having us!

We had a fantastic stay at Zoltan’s apartment in Timisoara. The apartment is brand new, located in a new building within the Nord One complex, and beautifully modern and stylishly furnished. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance to the main city square and Iulius Mall, which made exploring the city very easy and convenient. The apartment was perfectly clean, which was especially important to us since we were traveling with our almost 3-year-old daughter. We truly appreciated the high standards of cleanliness. The private parking was safe and very convenient. Zoltan was an outstanding host, responsive, kind, and professional throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!

The location was excellent — just a 10-minute walk from the city centre, making it easy to explore while still being in a quiet and peaceful area.
